A claim becomes more useful when its source, date, and uncertainty travel with it. Store references near the claim instead of treating citations as decoration at the end.
Links before embeddings
An explicit link says something the author intended. Similar vocabulary only suggests proximity. Keep both signals distinct when ranking related material.
